Roofing Repair
After dealing with a horrible contractor, we found Franckowiak Construction.The owner is very honest and reliable. His pricing is very reasonable and fair. I was very happy with the work he had done. Siding,Wall repair
We had a piece of Siding wall that was rotten due to a water leak and Franckowiak Construction came out fast, to fix the problem. They did the wall, wood, and siding. Before any more damage was done further, they came in and did the work. Our siding looked better after their work, than it originally did before the damage.
New Roof
I wanted a New Roof on my house. And everywhere I had previously called give me ridiculous quotes. When I called Franckowiak Construction I talked to the owner Ray, he gave me a reasonable price that I could work with. He came out with his truck and tools, got the job done in a respectable amount of time. He cleaned up all the debris and made it look Brand New! Plus, he cleaned out my gutters, while he was up on the roof too, along with the ground before he left the house.
